I’ve had a truly wonderful experience at Infinium. After doing a lot of research, I chose this clinic for its range of treatments and stellar reputation. I’m so glad I did! They exceeded all my expectations, and it’s easy to see why they have so many glowing reviews online. Adam is incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully examine my acne scars, explain everything in great detail, and answer all of my questions with patience. He developed a treatment plan tailored to my needs, and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured. His expertise and passion for his work were evident throughout. Alyson is a superstar nurse! Her professionalism and skill are matched by her genuinely warm and charming demeanour, which made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free.

Most of the treatments were virtually painless—thanks in part to the numbing agent, but mostly because Alyson is simply excellent at what she does. She’s confident and careful when administering the treatments, and her friendly, upbeat energy made the entire process genuinely enjoyable. We were chatting and laughing throughout, which helped me feel completely at ease the whole time. I’m thrilled with the results. Yasmine and the entire reception team are incredibly welcoming and kind. They greet you with a smile and even offer you a drink when you arrive, making you feel at ease right away. It’s clear that everyone at this clinic takes pride in their work. The clinic itself is pristine and beautifully designed, creating a calming, spa-like atmosphere. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at Infinium and would highly recommend it. Not a single negative thing to say—a perfect 10/10, with a bonus gold star on top!
