It’s hard to write this review because part of me wants to keep this a secret! But Infinium is really an exceptional clinic. I’ve tried several clinics in Ottawa and in Montreal before. Never got any results as good as the results I got here. My skin is darker, with olive and Asian tones and they have the correct lasers at Infinium for my skin type. They take their time to assess your skin, no upsell and genuine recommendations for what you want to achieve within your budget.

Adam, Katy, Allison, Paria and all the rest of their staff are truly wonderful. Very professional, knowledgeable, educated and very kind. The clinic itself is super clean with medical grade level of hygiene. It is easy to get to from both Ottawa and Gatineau, with plenty of free parking. They have also been very accommodating with the scheduling of my appointments. I just signed up for continuing my treatments, Pico laser and hydro facials. I have the best skin that I’ve had in a long time. I no longer need to wear much makeup, foundation or anything. Just wake up, put mascara on and go! I couldn’t be more excited about it.
