I came all the way from Montreal to do my treatment because all the other medical clinics I went to in Montreal were not as professional and reassuring as this one. Sometimes, I wouldn’t even get a call back. I was lucky to find Clinique Infinium on Google Maps.
When I first called to book an appointment and get to know the clinic better, Yasmine answered. She was really the one who started it all. She explained the treatment over the phone and answered all my other questions in detail. Since I would be coming from Montreal, she helped me figure out which days would be best and how to go about the treatment, since I would need to make multiple long trips. She made sure to call me back on the day she said she would, with all the necessary information for me to book my appointments. I’m super grateful for her kindness and patience!
Adam was just truly amazing, reassuring, and knowledgeable!! When speaking to him, you notice that his priority is the relationship he builds with the client by making sure they feel comfortable and by explaining the treatments offered in depth. He does so by being patient and welcoming. You can instantly tell that he is very, very knowledgeable in this field! He was able to analyze my skin type and suggest treatments that would help with my acne scars. He was honest and explained that there are certain treatments that can’t be done because of my skin type and could cause more harm than good. Therefore, he suggested an alternative treatment that worked wonders for my skin!!! I appreciated his honesty, as a clinic in Montreal was not honest and was pushing me to do that specific treatment that would have affected my skin. Adam takes his time to analyze your skin up close, explain what is going on, and listen to what you would like to fix, and then suggests which treatments would be best. I ended up doing six treatments in total. The first three were subcision and microneedling with a mix of something else. The last three treatments were the absolute best: a mix of subcision, Enerjet, and laser. My face changed completely, and the results are amazing!
The nurse Alyson was the absolute sweetest. I’m so grateful and happy that she was the one to do my treatments!!!!!!! She has such charm, charisma, and warmth that instantly makes you feel comfortable! Throughout the treatment sessions, she made sure that I was comfortable and asked if I wanted water or anything else. She was very talkative and funny, which made the appointments less stressful and something I would look forward to! She also gave me recommendations and took the time to answer all my aftercare questions. You can tell that she is confident using the machines and takes her time when working on different sections of the face. I truly appreciated her doing so because it shows how she carefully analyzed my face and treated the areas that needed more attention. She’s overall an amazing nurse and person who is professional and kind, which is important and highly appreciated.
Overall, my experience at Clinique Infinium was amazing. To this day, I am grateful that I found this clinic on Google Maps, that Yasmine actually called me back, and that Alyson was my nurse. I can say nothing but good things about this clinic. The staff is just amazing and caring towards their patients! I am super happy with my six treatments and have seen amazing results (subcision, microneedling, Enerjet, and laser).
