The treatment
Before a BBL HERO treatment, a thin layer of numbing cream is applied to the treatment area for comfort. Most patients will only feel a slight pinch or warm sensation
After the treatment
It is strongly recommended that you apply sunscreen following the procedure. In most cases, you can return to work or other activities immediately after treatment. A post-treatment cream is often necessary to speed up the healing process.
The days following the treatment
There is no need to avoid social contact. For the first 24 hours, you will need to protect your skin as instructed by your nurse. After that, your body’s natural healing process will remove the pigmented cells and replace them with new, fresh, undamaged cells. After the first 24 hours, you can apply makeup.
