A gentle solution to deeply revitalize the skin.

Ideal indications for mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is especially recommended for:
- Dull or tired-looking skin
- Dehydrated skin
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Mild loss of firmness
- Dark or hollow under-eye circles
- Thin and fragile skin
- Prevention of skin aging
What is a mesotherapy treatment?
Mesotherapy is an advanced skin revitalization technique that has been used for decades in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
Once reserved for targeted medical treatments, it is now considered one of the most comprehensive procedures to improve overall skin quality without surgery. Unlike surface creams or traditional spa facials, mesotherapy works just beneath the epidermis—where fibroblast cells produce collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid.
The technique involves injecting, with very fine needles or a medical-grade electronic injector, a customized cocktail of vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants, and hyaluronic acid directly into the dermis.
Mesotherapy helps to:
– Stimulate deep cellular regeneration
– Intensely rehydrate the skin
– Visibly reduce fine lines and wrinkles
– Improve skin firmness, elasticity, and radiance
– Minimize enlarged pores and superficial acne scars
– Treat certain types of alopecia (localized hair loss)
Each treatment is tailored to the patient’s unique skin needs. The ingredients used vary depending on the goals: brightening, anti-aging, wrinkle prevention, skin tightening, etc.
A typical session includes:
-
Cleansing and preparing the skin
-
Application of a topical numbing cream for comfort
-
Multiple superficial injections using an electronic injector
-
Application of a soothing mask and post-care cream
Side effects are minimal: temporary redness, minor bruising, and mild sensitivity. Recovery time is nearly nonexistent. A series of 3 to 6 sessions spaced a few weeks apart is typically recommended for optimal results.
Mesotherapy can be safely combined with other treatments (Hydrafacial, radiofrequency, laser, chemical peels) for a complete rejuvenation plan.
A gentle treatment with powerful, lasting results.

How does a Mesotherapy session work?
Personalized Evaluation
At Infinium, we take the time to get to know you. Each individual is unique and may have different skin needs. While a consultation is not mandatory to receive a mesotherapy treatment, it is highly recommended in order to assess your skin’s condition and determine the most suitable care plan for you.
Step 1: Skin Preparation
Thorough cleansing of the area to be treated.
Application of a gentle exfoliant to remove dead skin cells and smooth the surface. This step ensures better uniformity for the micro-injections to follow.
Step 2: Light Micro-Peeling (Optional)
Use of a mild peel with glycolic or salicylic acid to refine skin texture.
Encourages cellular renewal and improves the absorption of the active ingredients injected afterward.
Step 3: Active Mesotherapy
Micro-injections into the dermis using ultra-fine needles.
The injected solutions are custom-blended: hyaluronic acid, vitamins (A, C, E, B), peptides, amino acids, and antioxidants.
Goal: deeply nourish, revitalize, and stimulate the skin’s regeneration.
Step 4: Targeted Hydration
Application of a rich antioxidant treatment with green tea extract and hyaluronic acid to enhance hydration and soothe the skin post-injection.
Helps calm the skin, reinforce the skin barrier, and extend the benefits of the treatment.
Step 5: Personalized Infusion (Booster)
Optional, based on your skin’s needs—a targeted booster is selected (anti-aging, brightening, firming, dark spot correction, etc.).
This concentrated solution is either injected during Step 3 or applied topically at the end of the treatment, depending on its formulation.
